I know---In need of a specialist...

I went to my "random d25 OB appt" today. I waited an hr and a half in the waiting room. Then they told me that my doc had to go deliver a baby. So, I went home for lunch, then came back an hr later. I wanted for almost ANOTHER hour and a half... and the nurse said "Umm... he said it was too early for you to come in. Come back next week." ---- SERIOUSLY??? I mean, I knew it was too early to come in anyway but I thought "Jen, you're not a dr.. just listen to them. You've never done this b4." *sigh* So after sitting in the waiting area for a total of 3 hrs & seeing lots and lots of preggo bellies, I decided to go get an iced carmel mocha. It was delicious.

Now, I get to twiddle my thumbs again until the 18th. :/ I'm telling myself it's okay. God is good. His timing is perfect..... Patience.... Faith.

  1. Gah I'm sorry you had to wait so long twice. That sounds annoying. Your drink looks yummy though. I hope you get some good news at your next visit.

  2. That is exciting to have ovulated! Out of curiousity, what day of your cycle was it on?? Now the waiting game begins...good luck!

  3. WHAT IN THE WORLD????!! need to hurry up and move and ditch this guy!!!! Who does that???

God's timing is perfect're right about that...all those times my transfer got pushed was just God doing things His way...and He knows what He's doing!

Sorry about all that waiting...praying that the 18th will be the best day of your life!!

  4. WOW! You have more patience than me! I don't think I would be able to hold my tongue!! Hope you gets some answers/info on the 18th!

  5. I agree! I'm sure I would have said some not nice things to them! Bless your heart! It just sounds awfully inconsiderate of them. That is one of the things I've learned through this process is that...the Dr. and his office works for me. Thinking like that has made me not feel awful when I call and ask questions or if an appt. time doesn't work for me, etc. I'm not at their "mercy" anymore.

It is all def. in God's timing and his plan was laid out for each of us before we even existed. It's wonderful that you know that, because that will help so much!
